How to find us

If you have not stayed with us before, we are situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac in the Bruntsfield area of our beautiful city about 20 minutes walk from the City Centre, Princes Street, Edinburgh Castle and very close to theatres, restaurants and shops.

    From Waverley train station and Bus station:


    By Taxi:
Would cost about £6.
    By bus:
Walk to Princes Street and take any of the buses Nos: 11, 15, 16 and 17
(the bus stop is located at the same side as Waverley Station). Get off the bus at the stop after The Bruntsfield Hotel next to Scotmid Grocery. Cross the road into View Forth Road and take the second left into Hartington Gardens. Our Guest House is located at the end of the street.

    From The Airport:


    By Taxi:

    By Bus:
Take the bus into City Centre (Princes Street) and then any of the above buses.

    By Car

    From the North:

On Forth Road Bridge (M90/A90) take the A90 into the City Centre (Princes Street). Go to Lothian Road and follow the road after passing the Sheraton Hotel to the Toll Cross. Go straight to Brunsfield Road and follow the road for few hundred yards till you see on your right hand the Bruntsfield Hotel and take the third right into View Forth Road, Take the second left into Hartington Gardens. Our Guest House is located at the end of the street.


    From the West & Airport:

Take the A8 into the City Centre (Princes Street) then as above.

    From East & South:
(A1/A7/A68/A702)
Take the City by-Pass (A720) to A702 which will take you about 3 miles to reach the City Centre (Bruntsfield place) at this point look for Scotmid Grocery and turn left into View Forth Road. Take the second left into Hartington Gardens. Our Guest House is located at the end of the street.
