Leave the M5 at Junction 30 on long slip-road, keep left, take first exit Mini dual-carriageway, follow signs to Sidmouth and Westpoint on A3052 Straight across roundabout, follow signs to Sidmouth and Westpoint on A3052 Pass St Bridget's Garden Centre on Right Take next right into Oil Mill Lane Travel for approximately 4 minutes, over two small hump-bridges, turn into un-named lane on left.
