| The A47 trunk road by-passes Wisbech on the southern side and meets the A1101 Wisbech-Downham Market road at the Elme Hall Hotel roundabout. Join the A1101 heading for Downham Market. After about 800 metres look for Church Road (a left-hand fork sign-posted Emneth). This road enters the village, passing the church, until a sharp right bend. Take this r/h bend then immediately Hungate Road is first left. Chesterfield Lodge is located 400 metres on the right side opposite the bowling green. |
