From the A 30 East take the Launceston exit and then the 4th exit from the roundabout onto A388 north, Western Road follow this road past the Jet Garage on the right, past the town Hall and Launceston Castle on your right (do not turn off) down the hill, forward at the traffic lights, at the mini roundabout turn right onto Dutson Road A388 (signposted Holsworthy, Bude) keeping the White Horse Inn on your right, straight across the next mini roundabout by the Spar Shop, Slow Down as approximately 150 yards further there is a private drive on your left, by a seat and some traffic mirrors, (this private drive is directly opposite a right turn marked 'Ridgegrove Lane'). Turn left and Rose Cottage is marked No 5 towards the top of the drive on your left, parking spaces are marked but assistance with turning and parking is available if required.
