M6 Motorway, exit junctions 36, 37 or 39 to Kendal, join the A591 to Windermere, continue on A591 to Ambleside. Enter one way system in Ambleside, pass the Tourist Information Centre/Post Office to your left followed by Tysons Boot & Shoe shop on the right, the Fudge shop and Churchills Hotel will shortly also be to your right, stop outside Churchills and look up to your left, you will see Kent House on a terrace above the road. |
