By Car from Inverness: Follow the signs for the A82 until you reach Fort Augustus. On reaching Fort Augustus, turn first right after passing the hotel on your right hand side, signposted Jenkins Park & Auchterawe. Follow road, then turn right again, signposted to Jenkins Park & Auchterawe, follow road, then turn left, signposted to Auchterawe. Follow this single track road for approx 2 miles, passing Auchterawe House on your left, Mavisburn is directly after this property. From Glasgow: M8 to Erskine Bridge, cross the bridge and take the A82 turn, follow this all the way up to Fort Augustus. On entering the village, a petrol station will be on your left hand side along with the Public Car Park. Approximately 50 yards from the car park, turn left, signposted Jenkins Park/Auchterawe. Follow road round, then turn first left signposted Jenkins Park/Auchterawe, straight on this road until reaching left hand turn, signposted Auchterawe. Follow this single track road for approx 2 miles, passing Auchterawe House on your left, Mavisburn is directly after this property. If you are travelling by bus, the bus stop is in the village at the Public Car Park. We will collect guests who are on foot. |
