Southcroft is a family run, friendly guset house in a quiet residential part of this lovely Edwardian town. It is close to the beach. The South Downs and Beachy head are a short walk away and this makes Southcroft an ideal base for the South Downs Way.
Walkers are welcome and particuarly appreciate our drying room, dinners, packed lunches and onward transport of luggage.
For the less energetic we are also close to the Theatres which offer a varied all year round programme. Eastbourne has a good range of shops and nightlife and many restaurants.
All our rooms are en-suite and have tea trays, hair dryers, T.V's, toiletries and fluffy towels.
Southcroft is perfect for short breaks or holidays and most of our guests return again and again.

Directions
South Cliff Avenue is at the Western side of Eastbourne. From the Station it is a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute taxi ride. Cross into Grove road, then at Town Hall cross over into Grange road, follow to end (Silverdale Road), turn left, South Cliff Avenue is first on right.
