Welcome to Elm Tree Lodge Guesthouse. We are a family run AA 4 star B&B situated close to Keswick town centre. We have very high quality and tastefully decorated rooms and are open all year round.

With 2 double en-suite rooms, a twin en suite and a double room with private bathroom, you can be assured that you will have a very exclusive stay with us. We also have private parking and free password protected broadband WiFi.

Not only do we have some of the best equipped B&B rooms in Keswick but we also provide one of the finest breakfasts. We use free range eggs and locally bought produce where possible so that what goes on your plate is, in terms of taste and quality, the finest available. You will not be disappointed with your stay.

Elm Tree Lodge Guesthouse is situated in a quiet location within five minutes walk of the town centre of Keswick. The town offers a whole range of attractions including cafes, galleries, museums, shops, restaurants, pubs and a selection of beautiful parks.

Close to the Bed and Breakfast there is the scenic lake of Derwentwater with fabulous views across to the Northern fells of The Lake District. Keswick stands at the entrance to the valley of Borrowdale, which gives easy access to the Northern and central Lakeland fells.

Directions
From the M6:
Come off the A66 (first exit for Keswick) and head in to Keswick town centre. You'll pass a garage on the left (BP), then the postal depot, then an ambulance depot. Continue for another 250 metres and there is a left turn just before the pedestrian crossing. Turn left here and then immediately left on to Southey Street.

Head along Southey Street and take the 3rd left (Helvellyn Street).

Take the 1st right (Leonard Street) and we are the 3rd property on the right. If there is no parking available on the road then there is an alley to the right of the property that you can use for loading and unloading.
