Quiet Woman House is situated in the peaceful village of Halstock in West Dorset, close to the Somerset border and is only six miles south of Yeovil.
Originally built as a coaching inn, circa 1700 the house has been a pub for most of its long life. Many local people still refer to the house as "the old pub".
In the early 1990's, the pub was converted into a private home offering bed & breakfast accommodation.
The owners Paul and Lisa, who moved into the property in May 2007, will offer a warm welcome and hope you enjoy your stay in this historic old house.
Our spacious home is fully centrally heated and offers 3 comfortable en-suite guest bedrooms, together with a guest lounge and the use of our garden.
