Our guests have a beautiful lounge in which to relax and 3 acres of gardens and woodland to explore.
The freshly furnished b&b rooms are large, light and luxurious with organic bedding, towels and toiletries.
Refreshments, fresh flowers and the usual home comforts are also at hand.
The b&b is perfectly placed for the many championship golf courses at Sandwich. The British Open will be staged at Royal St Georges, Sandwich in 2011.
Shopping in Canterbury is a dream. 15 minutes by car or 25 minutes by local bus. All the major high street stores within walking distance.
Shopping in Sandwich is a different world. small, individual traders, quaint narrow streets, hidden pubs, renowned restaurants and all just 10 minutes away.
We care about our environment; we use locally produced organic food where possible. We have embarked on a plan to use only renewable energy sources to heat and power the b&b rooms as well as the Farmhouse.
The b&b bathrooms have been designed to be water efficient.
We collect and re-use rainwater for watering the gardens and vegetable patches.

Disabled Facilities: There are disabled facilities. The Double room is a an annexe to the main house. All the accommodation is on the ground floor and the bathroom is large with easy access. This provides accommodation for people who find it difficult to use stairs.
