We are located five minutes from exit nine of the M20 Ashford exit.
Our rooms are clean and of a high standard, with fine linen and fluffy towels.
Godinton House is within five minutes walking distance down the lane, the house and beautiful gardens are well worth a visit.
Just ten minutes by car is the magnificent Leeds Castle.
Sissinghurst Castle and Garden, Eastwell Manor Spa, Canterbury and Dover are also within easy reach.
We have plenty of parking.

Disabled Facilities: There are no disabled facilities. The cottage accomodation is all on the ground floor. You can drive your car right up to the door, but unfortunately the door entrance is not accessible by wheel chair.
Pet Facilities: Pets are allowed. If the pets are well behaved and have clean paws
Special Diets Provision: Special diets are not catered for. If your booking in advance special diet could be arranged.
Smoking Facilities: Smoking is not allowed. Smoking outside at the doorway of the cottage is fine

Turn left at the roundabout, next roundabout third exit A20 to Lenham turn off, then at the next roundabout second exit, then take next turning on the left Godinton Lane, we are at the top of the lane, the next woodland turning on your right black gate we are down the woodland lane.
