Brook Farm is a 17th century listed house, set in five acres of gardens and meadows, with rural views of the beautiful Kent countryside.
Guests to the B&B are welcome to use the heated swimming pool during the summer months (by prior arrangement).
Breakfast is cooked on the AGA, using locally sourced and organic produce where ever possible.
There are two lovely pubs within walking distance in Woodchurch village, whilst Tenterden is just 3 miles away and Rye only 10 miles.
Woodchurch is a lovely village with it's own working Windmill, Museum and cricket green.
Conveniently located for exploring the stunning Kent countryside and historic Cinque ports, Woodchurch is just 30 minutes from the Channel Tunnel (www.eurotunnel.com), and 45 minutes from the ferry port of Dover (www.doverport.co.uk).
All of our three rooms are en-suite and are well sized, having solid oak flooring, ledge and brace doors and beautiful French oak furniture.
En-suites have high pressure shower, heated towel rail, luxury towels and complimentary slippers and toiletries.
Rooms have Flat Screen TV with built in Freeview channels, Wi-Fi Internet access, hairdryer, clock/radio alarm and CD player; heating controls are totally independent allowing guests full control of their own environment.
We also provide a hospitality tray with a selection of teas, coffees, biscuits and bottled mineral water.
A comfortable nights sleep is aided by the crisp white linen on the kingsize beds. The beds are provided by Hypnos and are the exact same ones they supply to many top hotels, including the 5 star Skibo Castle in Scotland (where Madonna and Guy Ritchie were married).
For the comfort of all our guests, we operate a no-smoking policy throughout the premises. For your added safety, smoke detectors are installed in every room and linked together.
Please note that having a swimming pool and large pond, for safety reasons we are regretfully UNABLE TO ACCEPT CHILDREN UNDER 12 YEARS OLD.

Directions
From the M20: Take Junction 9, Ashford. From Ashford, follow A28 south towards Tenterden. After about 4 miles, turn left signposted to Woodchurch (there's a brown "tourism" sign for the Windmill). Follow this road straight for 3 miles and you arrive at Woodchurch village. Continue straight down through the village and you arrive at a T-junction (Stone Bridge pub). Turn right towards Tenterden and you are now on our road, Brook Street, B2067. You'll immediately go round a sharp left bend, followed by a sharp right bend. Brook Farm is the second house on the right, 500 metres up the road. Turn right into the driveway just before the main house.
