Stream House nestles at the foot of a valley surrounded by unspoilt countryside, yet is only a mile from the beaches at Pett Level and Winchelsea, or the panoramic cliff walks at Fairlight and is ideally situated midway between Hastings and Rye.

Originally three cottages, it is thought to have been used by smugglers in days gone by.

The house is full of character with oak beams and inglenook fireplaces with log fires in winter.

The well stocked garden, covers three acres with a meandering stream crossed by a small wooden bridge; there is a rose arbour and Koi pond creating a haven for wildlife and many species of birds.

There is ample parking within the grounds.

We offer a spacious bedroom suite with either king sized or twin beds with large bathroom, luxurious deep bath, separate shower cubicle, his and her's sinks, shaver point. TV.
