We are a family run Guest House within easy reach of both the villages of Windermere and Bowness, the latter being where you find Lake Windermere
Both villages have a good choice of restaurants, cafes and shops.
Our Guest House is situated in an area with an abundance of things to do and see for all capabilities and interests.
We have five En suite rooms (one Twin/Super-king, two Doubles, two Family) and our Single room has Private Facilities right next door.
Our modern dining room is situated on the ground floor and is where you may help yourself from our buffet table consisting of fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurt, grapefruit and fruit juices before we serve a delicious choice of Full English Breakfast or something a little lighter.
For those wishing to stay with us for Two nights or more, you may enquire about using the facilities of the local Country Club free of charge, such as the swimming pool, sauna and steam room (there may be a small charge for use of the other facilities)
The Lake District is renowned for being one of the most breathtaking areas, why not come and see for yourself

Directions
From the main Bus/Train station in Windermere.
Head left down the hill.
Go through Windermere Village past Ellerthwaite Square Bus stop and turn left into Ellerthwaite Road.

From the M6, turn off at Junction 36 and follow signs for Kendal then the A591 to Windermere
