Moffat is conveniently situated just a mile from junction 15 of the M74 and this makes our guest house an ideal place to break your journey when you are travelling up or down Scotland. From the moment that you arrive at our guest house we know from experience that you will start to relax and unwind.
Whilst you settle into your room or explore the guest house we will organise complimentary afternoon tea, which you may take in the sitting room or in the garden in pleasant weather, enjoying the beautiful scenery that surrounds Moffat. You may even wish to browse over the dinner menu, as booking is essential, before strolling in to town, or taking a walk into the woods to enjoy the views.

Directions
To find us, leave the M74 at junction 15 and follow signs to Moffat.
At the start of the High Street take a right onto the A708 signposted for Selkirk.
After the sharp bend go past Manse Furnishings on your right, past the fire station on your left, and take the second left into Ballplay Road.
Follow this road to its end and you will see Bridge House opposite.
